In the silence of the storm we face,
Where words get lost and doubt finds space,
One heart holds tight, though the other may stray,
Fighting for love that fears to stay.

Against the walls you build so high,
I see the love that won’t deny,
Pulling close what drifts away,
Refusing to let this bond decay.

In the shadows where you feel so small,
There’s a light that stands, proud and tall,
Even when you can’t find the words to say,
It embraces you, won’t let you sway.

For every time you try to run,
There’s a strength that says we’ve just begun,
Grateful for the love that won’t let go,
A love that fights, even when low.

I see the battle you can’t express,
A war within, a silent stress,
But know this love will stand its ground,
In you, a safe harbor will always be found.

No need for words, no need for fear,
This love will fight, will always be near,
It’s time to trust, to let it in,
Embrace the love we’ve always been.
