BrownCrest Logistics needed more than a traditional website. It needed a connected digital ecosystem capable of supporting both its public brand and its daily transportation operations.
I designed and built a custom solution that brings the company’s website, driver onboarding, load management, BOL submissions, document review, invoicing, driver settlements, reporting, and administrative controls into one centralized platform.
Drivers can securely access the system from their phones, while management has a complete operational command center for overseeing the business.
The result is a streamlined, scalable platform built specifically for BrownCrest, rather than a collection of disconnected tools that force the company to adapt its processes around generic software.

BrownCrest Logistics needed more than a traditional website. It needed a customized transportation management solution capable of eliminating the manual work behind load entry, bills of lading, carrier invoicing, and driver payroll.
I designed and built the BrownCrest Driver App, a mobile solution connected to the BrownCrest website and accessible through mobile devices. Instead of handwriting bills of lading or submitting load information through disconnected forms, drivers can open the app and enter each load directly from their phones.
The submitted data automatically populates the appropriate records and generates the carrier invoice. Management reviews the completed weekly invoice each Sunday and, once approved, sends it directly to the carrier’s invoicing department with the click of a button.
For carriers that still require physical bills of lading, drivers can photograph the completed document from within the app. Embedded OCR technology captures the required information, converts it into structured load data, populates the carrier invoice, and calculates the driver’s direct-deposit amount.
The system also centralizes driver onboarding, document management, load tracking, invoice review, reporting, administrative controls, and payroll calculations.
The result is a connected digital operation that has removed nearly all manual load entry, invoicing, and payroll administration from BrownCrest Logistics—reducing repetitive work, improving data accuracy, and creating a scalable foundation for growth.
