I designed and built a custom solution that brings the company’s website, driver onboarding, load management, BOL submissions, document review, invoicing, driver settlements, reporting, and administrative controls into one centralized platform.
Drivers can securely access the system from their phones, while management has a complete operational command center for overseeing the business.
The result is a streamlined, scalable platform built specifically for BrownCrest, rather than a collection of disconnected tools that force the company to adapt its processes around generic software.

The Mara Prose Editor Portal is a customized learning and workforce management platform supporting the complete editor lifecycle, from onboarding and professional development to project assignments, performance, contracts, and offboarding.
As a learning management system, it delivers sequential training in company standards, client service, compensation, proofreading, editing, grammar, style, and publishing operations. Editors complete lessons and assignments, submit work for review, ask questions, earn certificates, and track their progress. Administrators can monitor completion, review submissions, provide feedback, and maintain a documented record of each editor’s development.
The portal also functions as an HR management system, centralizing editor profiles, onboarding records, availability, schedules, performance information, compensation details, equipment responsibilities, and offboarding requirements. This replaces scattered emails, spreadsheets, and documents with one organized workforce hub.
Its contract management capabilities connect editor agreements, policy acknowledgments, compensation terms, commission structures, client assignments, and related documentation to the appropriate editor and project.
